You will be solely responsible for your use of this site and all your activity on it. LOCLAIRE reserves the right to deny access to the site at any time without notice and at our sole discretion. Harassment in any form on the site, including by email, is not tolerated. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time.


Eligibility to purchase:

AWAS APPAREL LIMITED is a New Zealand owned company, trading as LOCLAIRE, and operating out of Auckland, New Zealand. 

Loclaire.com is only available to customers who meet our terms of eligibility. The purchase of products from loclaire.com is limited only to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance with New Zealand law.

When ordering from loclaire.com we require details such as your name, billing and shipping address, payment information, email address and phone number. Customers must provide current, complete and accurate personal information for all purchases made on loclaire.com. Customers must guarantee that payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct. Purchases made are for personal use only and must not be duplicated, resold or used for commercial benefit. We hold the right to accept or reject any order placed through our website.



All prices and transactions are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). All prices are stated on our website within the product listings. Our prices are subject to variation without notice, and may differ between local and international markets.

When converting to another currency, or when an item is charged to a credit card, a price variation may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card charges. These variations are beyond our control.

You are liable for any international import duties, customs & local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. These taxes and duties may need to be paid in order to release your order from customs on arrival into your country.


LOCLAIRE accepts payments made by Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, as well as PayPal. Payment will be cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. The credit card you are using must be yours. All card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, loclaire.com will not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery.

The name SP* LOCLAIRE will appear on your cardholder statements when you purchase through our online store.

LOCLAIRE takes every precaution to make our site as secure as possible. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Our sizing is based on standard New Zealand sizing. Please see our sizing chart for conversions. If you have any questions, please email us at hello@loclaire.com and we will help you out with fit, measurements and/or photos as much as possible. We’re here to help provide as much information as you need before you purchase, so we can minimise our carbon footprint. 

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee this will accurately reflect the colour of the product.

All orders are subject to availability. We endeavor to keep our stock levels current and accurate, but can give no guarantee to the availability of any product advertised on our website. If an item is purchased that is not available at the time of dispatch we will refund the purchase immediately. Items in your shopping basket are not on hold and may be purchased by other customers.
