Tailored button-down waistcoat cut in our beautiful hemp & silk crinkle blend. Perfect on its own or layered open over your favourite blouse.

We have a limited amount of this special fabric - enough to make around 4 waistcoats.

-Tailored paneled waistcoat
-Centre front button-down with mitered hem
-Front fake pocket jets
-Adjustable back belt with D rings
-Fully fused main, and fully lined

COMPOSITION –
Main: Chinese origin - 60% Hemp, 40% Silk. One of the most versatile and environmentally friendly natural fibres around - hemp grows rapidly, has the highest fiber yield of all natural textiles (around twice that of cotton in the same amount of land), and can be grown without pesticides and chemicals. It is the least water-intensive of all natural fibres, and leaves the soil in excellent condition - returning around 60% of the nutrients it takes. This means crops can continue to be cultivated without topsoil nutrient and moisture depletion. Hemp is naturally durable, antibacterial, and hypoallergenic.
Lining: Italian origin - 100% Viscose. Made from cellulose fibres from FSC certified forests. This mill is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, which means dyed with environmentally friendly dyes, free of harmful chemicals, and safe for human use.
Buttons: Natural undyed corozo nut buttons, sourced from the Tagua tree

CARE –
Air out between wears. Dryclean only. Store on a padded hanger.
